
Salem County Historical Society
The Salem County Historical Society consists of four interconnected historic buildings dating from c.1700 to c.1800, the center-piece of which is the Alexander Grant’s Mansion House (1721) and the Josephine Jaquett Memorial Library. The Society contains a collection of over 10,000 historic objects, and a variety of exhibitions to tour. In addition, visitors may also conduct research in their research library, containing books, historic documents, photographs and more.
