Appel Farm invites moms to join their Daisy daughters at our spring Daisy Day Camp! Moms will participate side-by-side with their daughters as they begin this first Girl Scout Journey. What a wonderful way to celebrate Mother’s Day!

Highlights of the day include making birdbaths, meeting a zookeeper and some animals from the Cape May Zoo, a Nature Scavenger Hunt, theatre games including improv and role play, and finally a Badge Earning Candle Award Ceremony with an ice cream sundae party.

Parvin State Park Appreciation Committee, Inc.’s ‘Work Days at the Park’ @ The Danna Trailhead Property
May 20 @ 3:00 pm

The Parvin State Park Appreciation Committee, Inc. is announcing the return of monthly “work days at the Park” for 2017!

Plan your schedule to be available for the third Saturday every month to donate your time to help keep Parvin State Park the “gem” we all like to visit!

There is possible work for everyone according to your abilities. We have trail work that is still needed from the devastating storms of 2012 at Parvin State Park. There are clean up possibilities in various areas. We need to have you tell us when you are able to come out and show your dedication and willingness to volunteer your talents to make a major difference in your community! This is a fabulous opportunity to work on those volunteer hours necessary for many resumes. Chat with your family, friends and groups you are involved with and make a plan to help get and keep a great Park ready for continued use!

For more information or to let us know you will be joining us, please email parvinvolunteerspio@gmail.com, visit us on Facebook or twitter.
