The 37th Annual Home for the Holidays Salem Yuletide Historic Homes Tour will be held Saturday, December 7th from 1pm-6pm. Guests can visit 25 sites including private homes, churches and historic locales.
Planned activities include the 2nd Pennsylvania Regiment of the Continental Line & The 43rd Regiment of Foot, Woodstown Central Railroad rides with Santa (additional ticket purchase), letters to Santa, hot chocolate, artists, vendors and pop-up shops.
Visitors can also begin the day by attending the Salem Magic of Christmas Parade at 11a.m. along Broadway and end the day’s festivities with the annual tree lighting ceremony scheduled for 6:30p.m. at the Old Courthouse.
Salem is one of the oldest permanent English-speaking settlements in the Delaware Valley. Salem City’s streetscapes reflect the history of the people and places and are filled with many historic houses and architectural styles ranging from Colonial to Victorian, to Colonial Revival style houses which were popular in the first part of the 20th century. Its central district, intersected by Market Street and Broadway, are listed as historic districts on the New Jersey State and National Registers of Historic Places, and many properties display this badge of honor proudly.

Online Tickets will be available for pickup the day of the event at the Ticket Booth or Royal Port Antiques both located at 13 Market Street, Salem, NJ.
